FeeMaster Exit Station
The Nortime FeeMaster exit station is designed to be used as part of the FeeMaster Parking System to prevent unauthorised vehicles leaving the car park or entering restricted areas.
Located at the exit of the car park or the entrance to a restricted area, it validates pass cards and exit permits.
The main component of the station is a card capture reader that reads magnetic swipe cards issued to authorised staff, customers, guests, etc. If the card is valid for use at that check point and has not expired, the exit station controller will give an open signal to the associated barrier, turnstile, etc. The card may be captured on expiry and/or on the last day of validity. The station may also be programmed to capture lost or stolen cards.
A swipe card reader option is available for stations that don’t need to capture cards.
A barcode reader may also be fitted at the exit station to read exit tickets. These tickets may be issued at the entry station or at the attendant’s station/reception desk . They are valid for single use at the exit station provided that they are used within the validity period. The exit station controller checks the details within the barcode and sends an open signal to the associated barrier, turnstile, etc. when a valid ticket is identified.
