Repairs and Returns


Returning Products for Repair

  • Where possible all returned goods must be complete with packaging and any fixing kits etc. Please ensure the goods are packaged safely.
  • A completed ‘repair and returns form’ must accompany all goods returned. This can be downloaded from the link below.
  • Upon receipt our technical department will inspect and test the products. You will be advised whether these can be repaired and if this will incur a cost. 
  • Where it is not possible to return the product(s), a site visit can be arranged with our technical team. However please note this will normally incur a charge.

Returning Unwanted Goods

  • All returned goods must be complete with packaging and any fixing kits etc. Please ensure the goods are packaged safely.
  • A completed ‘repair and returns form’ must accompany all goods returned. This can be downloaded from the link below.
  • All returned goods will be inspected and checked for quality. Please note that we will charge a 15% restocking fee for returned goods. We strongly advise customers to ensure they are ordering the correct items at time of purchase.
